How we store, protect and share your information

Encryption Standard

All data in transit uses TLS 1.2 encryption. Your password is hashed with bcrypt; we cannot see it. Payment information is never stored on our servers — DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS handle credential processing directly.

Cookie Use

We use session cookies to remember your language, last-played game and login state. Analytical cookies track page load times and button clicks so we can improve the lobby. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Account Security

Enable two-factor authentication in Settings > Security to add an SMS verification step on login. We monitor for suspicious activity — multiple failed logins from a new device will trigger an email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention

Transaction records are kept for seven years for regulatory compliance. Account notes and support tickets expire after two years unless you request archival. Deleted accounts are anonymized after 30 days.

Third-Party Access

We share transaction data with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) only as needed to complete your deposit or withdrawal. We do not share personal data with advertising networks, brokers or affiliate partners.

Policy Updates

Changes to this policy take effect 14 days after we email you a notice. If a change materially restricts your rights, you can delete your account before the new terms take effect.

Frequently asked questions about your data

Yes. Log in, go to Account > Security > Privacy Rights and tap 'Export My Data'. We'll email a CSV file with your name, email, phone, transaction history and deposit/withdrawal records within five business days.

Your login credentials are deactivated immediately and your balance is zeroed. Your transaction records remain on file for seven years to meet regulatory requirements, but your name and contact details are anonymized after 30 days.

Only you, through your Account > Wallet page. Our support team cannot view your balance without explicit permission. Your payment processor (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) keeps its own record of your transfers for their own compliance.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Preference cookies (language, theme) persist for one year unless you clear your browser cache. You can disable all cookies in your browser settings; the lobby will still load, but you'll need to log in each time.

Yes, but we do not recommend it. Two-factor adds security without slowing your login. If you disable it, your account is protected only by your password. You can toggle it on or off in Settings > Security at any time.
